Materials / Sourcing Manager:
Seeking a full-time Materials/Sourcing Manager who has the ability to mentor, lead and direct purchasing, planning and warehouse staff. Must be able to manage all aspects of material management in a lean manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership and change management skills to drive material flow including planning, receiving, inventory and shipping.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a strategic materials and sourcing plan to meet product and market goals.
- Team building, mentoring and development of personnel.
- Utilize the centralized purchasing organization to leverage buys, shorten lead times and reduce costs.
- Lead PPV (purchase price variance) efforts.
- Manage material logistics associated with supplying material to other facility locations.
- Monitor stocking programs and forecasts to ensure updates are made according to company guidelines.
- Work closely with the Sales department to ensure accurate forecast planning.
- Develop standard practice and departmental procedures to align with company procedures.
- Direct cycle count programs to meet company goals.
- Present inventory/service updates and strategic plans to management.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Business or related field; MRP knowledge; proficient in Microsoft applications, 7-10 years materials experience and 3-5 years supervising others required. CPIM certification is desirable.

Manufacturing / Process Engineer:
Seeking a full-time Manufacturing/Process Engineer who will be responsible for utilizing engineering methodology and other technical expertise to evaluate, design and implement projects to ensure capabilities and efficiencies of both new and existing production processes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with manufacturing and Engineering departments to organize and lead plant efforts in transitioning new products and new production equipment into production, troubleshooting manufacturing and process problems.
- Identify solutions and implement new and improved methods of manufacturing to improve efficiencies.
- Perform time studies for various manufacturing processes to establish standards and benchmark for improvements.
- Create/revise internal detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Ensure processes are at the optimum level for production, quality and regulatory compliance in order to meet demand needs.
- Study and document process capabilities of new and existing equipment, make recommendations for improving capabilities, quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership for safety and quality projects, engineering change orders and other manufacturing improvements.
- Maintain positive employee relationships.
- Plan, organize and lead manufacturing engineering activities related to process improvement and development for both current and new products.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Environmental, health and safety focus/orientation. 3 years of demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
